These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TechAppDev's website and services. Please read them carefully before engaging with us. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using TechAppDev's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Services

  • TechAppDev provides web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, and related technology services as described on our website.
  • Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work signed by both parties.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to deliver our services.
  • You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any third-party licenses, accounts, or assets required for your project.
  • You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for your project, unless otherwise stated in your project agreement.
  • TechAppDev retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in delivering the services.
  • We reserve the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are specified in your project agreement. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins.
  • Invoices are due within the period stated on each invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges.
  • We reserve the right to pause or terminate work if payments are not received as agreed.

Limitation of Liability

  • TechAppDev's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss.
  • We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all of your requirements.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
  • This obligation survives termination of the project for a period of two years, unless the information becomes publicly available through no fault of either party.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement.
  • Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed to the date of termination.
  • Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.

Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page.
  • Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
