The Challenge
India's mainstream job portals leave both sides frustrated. Seekers apply into a void, never learn whether anyone opened their profile, and wade through fake listings and fee-charging "consultants". Recruiters, meanwhile, run their real pipeline in spreadsheets because the portal itself offers little beyond a resume dump. The platform had to serve both audiences properly in one product without turning into two half-built apps.
Our Solution
We designed and built the platform on Next.js and deployed it on Vercel, with prerendered marketing routes for fast first loads and an authenticated dashboard behind them. Every employer is verified before its roles go live, and each application moves through a visible six-stage timeline — Applied, Viewed, Shortlisted, Interview, Offer, Hired — so seekers can see exactly where they stand, with recruiter chat, documents and interview updates kept in the same thread. Recruiters get the mirror image: post a role in minutes, then move candidates through the same pipeline without spreadsheets. We also built out an AI career suite of eight live tools — resume builder, resume optimizer, ATS score checker, interview coach, job match assistant, profile optimizer, salary estimator and career roadmap — presented as static previews on the public site and unlocked after sign-in, with an AI recruiter assistant and job description generator queued next. Supporting surfaces include a free ATS-friendly resume maker, shareable public candidate profiles, and guides and help-centre content.
The Results
The platform is live with both seeker and recruiter onboarding open, the full AI tool suite active behind authentication, and a comparison-led marketing site that positions it directly against traditional portals on verification, live tracking and built-in AI. Marketing pages are statically prerendered and served from Vercel's edge cache for fast loads on Indian mobile connections.
